The Parks Council is a grassroots non‐profit organization comprised of local recreational organizations, landowners, government, and industry who are responsible for the planning, funding, and management of the Parks System. We are consistently recognized locally, provincially, nationally, and internationally for making a community effort to bring better management to public lands.

Annual Bear's Trail Run/Walk

The Bear is back! The annual Bear’s Trail Run/Walk fundraiser for the Pembina Nordic Ski Club will be on Saturday, May 23rd at the Pembina Nordic Center. Participants can either walk or run and even bring their dog along on the trails! There are 5km and 10km distances to choose from. Prizes will be awarded regardless of where and when you finish. Parks Council & Keyera's Trail-Clean-Up and Cause for Critters Fundraiser

The Parks Council and Keyera would like to invite you to our first ever Critterwalk and Trail Clean-up on May 14th! Do your part to keep our trails clean, check out the beautiful interpretive signs created by Evergreen Elementary School and even maybe take home a prize!
