DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Half a Century of Pembina Nordic Ski Club’s Trails\, Programs and Community Spirit on recently updated and beautiful groomed trails. Snow conditions are fantastic and forecasted to stay optimal through until the Loppet!\n  \nIf you or your family or friends would like to participate\, ski distances are available for every level of touring\, recreational or competitive skier! A 1 or 2 km fun ski to a 5 and 10 km distance on fairly level ground for beginner to immediate skiers on our Ridge Trail\, to 15\, 30 and 45 km distances that use our entire trail system (including bi hills). \nJoin us for a great day of skiing and our signature chili for all registrants and volunteers. This year\, we’re teaming up with Aim for Success once again to bring you and your family a night of glowing pumpkins\, spooky trails\, live music\, and more! \nEvent Highlights\n\nLive Band: Enjoy live music at an open-air style concert. The band will be set up on the back deck of the Outdoor Education Center.\nStuff the Nature Navigator Van: Help us support the local food bank by bringing non-perishable food items into our new ride\, the Nature Navigator. Your donations make a big difference!\nPumpkin Carving Contest: Show off your pumpkin carving skills! Enter your carved pumpkins into our contest for a chance to win first\, second\, or third place.\nPumpkin Walk: Take a stroll through the trail lined with carved pumpkins.\nSpooky Trail: Back by popular demand! If you’d like to contribute\, all you need to do is carve a pumpkin and drop it off for display on the trail.
