The Forbidden Forest Pumpkin Walk is back!
Get ready for an evening of family fun the annual Forbidden Forest Pumpkin Walk! This year, we’re going all out with a Monster Mash theme, and we can’t wait for you to join us.
Event Highlights
- Live Band: Enjoy live music at an open-air style concert. The bank will be set up on the back deck of the Outdoor Education Center.
- Stuff the Hearse (tentative): Help us support the local food bank by bringing non-perishable food items to stuff the hearse. Your donations make a big difference!
- Pumpkin Carving Contest: Show off your pumpkin carving skills! Enter your carved pumpkins into our contest for a chance to win first, second, or third place.
- Pumpkin Walk: Take a stroll through the trail lined with carved pumpkins.
- Warming Center: Need a break from the chilly October air? Head to the rustic chalet for some warm beverages and treats.
- Fundraising for the Nature Navigator Van: We’ll be accepting donations to help raise funds for our Nature Navigator Van. Every bit helps us continue our mission to provide outdoor education to youth in our region.
Important Information
- Parking: Available at the Pembina Nordic Trails entrance.
- What to Bring: Warm clothes, and your spooky spirit!
- Food & Drink: Treats and warm beverages will be available at the warming center.
- Donations: Non-perishable food items for the food bank and any monetary donations for the Nature Navigator Van.
